Description
This work is based on the German fairy tale of Hänsel and Gretel fused with the Christmas tradition of giving bags full of candy to children in Ecuador. In the painting, the bags are prepared in the house of chocolate and sweets where an old lady lives and invites them to come in. The children are in front of the house ready to enter seeing the infinity of candies of all colors and shapes.
