Description
This painting is my first version of a still life of fruits in my style. It shows the immense variety of fruits that are grown and sold in many of the markets in Latin American cities. In the painting you can find fruits known as apples, pineapples, oranges, avocados or bananas. In addition, very specific fruits typical of small regions of Ecuador are added, such as babacos, chontas, chamburos, mamey, chirimoyas, zapotes, guanabanas, granadillas, noni, naranjillas, among others. This work represents the diversity in color, shapes, aromas and flavor of the different plants in America. As a detail, the blue ceramic container with white tips is the same container that I have in my kitchen where I place the fruits every week.
